DMJ Associates was established in order to develop ideas relevant to modernising public services by improving the evidence base on which decisions are made.
We are committed to improving the quality of decision making within organisations by increasing the evidence base of policies, as well as ensuring the programmes and projects linked to those policies. All too frequently decisions are made without considering a wide range of factors which may impact on the sustainability of programmes.
Areas of work are:
- evaluations of projects or programmes;
- strategic development based on sound local knowledge;
- option appraisals;
- cost benefit analysis; and
- impact assessments.
