Deborah Jones has a wealth of experience in researching, developing and evaluating policy and programmes in a variety of settings.  Her proactive approach was used in international fora in operational roles in the tourist and manufacturing industries, before contributing to the development of the initial output and performance measures for a Central Government department.

Deborah started dmj associates in order to further develop ideas relevant to modernising public services through improving the evidence base on which decisions are made.  Her work, either as a freelance consultant or in conjunction with other organisations, includes the development of strategies and evaluations which use information from disparate sources, and help organisations to move away from process driven approaches to outcome based solutions with good monitoring systems.
